The Product(s) can be returned, exchanged, or canceled within 30 days of shipment. The 30-day return period begins from the date of shipment, and we are happy to accept returns as long as the clothing is unworn, with all internal tags intact, and not personalized by the customer. If the deadline passes, we will be unable to proceed with your return request.

- DECADAS offers you the possibility to exchange the purchased product for one of equal or higher value.
- Markdowns: Products purchased while on Seasonal Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for returns or a refund.
- To make the exchange effective, you must present the proof of payment.
- Delivery time may vary from 2 to 5 business days ( Colombia), as long as ground conditions are operating normally.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.
- Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within two (2) months of purchase are considered faulty. Products that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. The Company will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.
